I totally agree with this
statement because when you are working at a very present moment, you should
focus on what is happening at that moment and not what will happen later on. For
example if you are in a game, you should not be focused about whether you are
going to win or not; you should focus on doing an excellent job in your game
and just doing your best at every moment. I know that you still would like to
have the win, but if you focus too much on it you might not give it your all in
the game and you might not play as good as you would have liked.
